Manulife has announced that they will be launching a new service called Healthcare Online. It is a virtual service in which employees and their dependents can chat with health care professionals online and get the care that they need whenever they need it without having to go through the process of booking appointments and dealing with wait-times.
Through Healthcare online, doctors and nurses will be available 24-7 to help diagnose and treat health concerns. These professionals will be able to provide advice, prescriptions, referrals, and requisitions to members whenever necessary.
